— If you subscribe to updates or RSVP to a firm event: your contact details and any dietary, accessibility or other preferences

We collect this information directly from you, through our website's contact form, by email, or by phone.

— To assess for conflicts of interest before any engagement begins
— To send you updates, legal commentary, or event invitations, where you have opted in

5. Disclosure
We may disclose the information you provide to our cloud service providers (including Microsoft 365), and to the AI-assisted tools described in our AI Use Policy, always under human review. We do not sell your information.
6. Our use of AI in handling your enquiry

7. If your enquiry involves sensitive information
If your enquiry touches on sensitive information, we only collect and use this as reasonably necessary to respond to you, treated with the same care as a client matter.
